There's not going to be anything meaningful or profound in this blog. It's a story of something that happened the other day that I thought was pretty funny.

I should probably explain what a timbit is first. Those of you from Canada should know this. Up here in the Great White North, our main donut stop is Tim Hortons. Rather than call the donut holes 'donut holes', they decided to call them timbits. Not exactly profound, but it's easier on the tongue. They taste good too.

Anyway, I was in the store buying a ten-pack of them. I told the girl behind the counter the ones that I wanted and then on impulse, I asked "How about an extra one because I'm awesome?" I was quite surprised when she reached back and grabbed another one for me. Apparently, my awesomeness is worth a chocolate timbit. (My sisters claim that the girl felt sorry for me, but I think it was my winning smile.)

Well, that's my story. I have a couple more blogs in the works but haven't been able to complete them. One is the third monkey story and the other is a satire piece based on the conference call I had earlier this week.

Have a great day everyone!
